Poppy and the pond

Our Poppy kitten cat seems to have an empathy with the pond area of our small garden. She can often be found in various poses around our aquatic haven as the following photos show.....

Er...obviously the first photo isn't around the pond, but I couldn't resist putting it in. I've called it 'Amongst the bubbles'. (-:'Intent''Leaning over''Chilling out''This is my seat''Hug a rock'She's also started eating my Runner Bean leaves!!! The cheeky rascal, though I haven't had my camera in hand so far when she's been doing it!

Jenny your blog has been a wonderful experience to stroll and your pictures are beautiful and I also have to add I am a cat person and I love your blog entries on your Poppy Cat! The pictures of Poppy in/on the bird table are a riot! And of course I love seeing Poppy enjoying the pond. What a lucky kitcat!

I too very much enjoy the Poppy posts! That pond is so inviting; I can see why she loves to hang out there. Smart kitty! She definitely has an aesthetic sense.

She looks so sweet along the pond :-) I guess she needs a few "greens" in her diet. Does she pop the bubblewrap and then scare herself?

Hi RR, how lovely of you to take the time to traipse through my blog. I'm honoured. I'm one of those torn cat owners. I love Poppy, but I also love birds and wildlife and the two dont mix too well sometimes.

Hi July, yep, Miss popsicle is very sweet, specially when she's in the mood for a cuddle.

Hi Evie, I reckon a camel wouldn't like a pond, but then again.....(-:
The Popster says Hi back to you and Daisy Lu and Ole.

Hi Christine, It's funny how most cats seem to find the best and most comfortable places to plant that bottoms! (-: I sometimes get down and sit on those pondside rocks and watch the pond wildlife. Lovely!

Hi Arunava and Shantana, glad you like our Poppy.

Hi Mary, no she hasn't done that with the bubblewrap so far. Tho when she was younger she did start eating it!!! She choked a bit on some and I hope that has put her off!
