Birds on Mum's feeders

Here are some of the birds that visit Mum's feeders. I tried to catch a photo of Marsh Tit, but they're just too damned quick to flit off after getting the sunflower heart out. One day.....
All these are taken through double glazing which doesn't help with clarity!

I think these are great; I have trouble catching bird images. I really admire the great tit and its color. The nuthatch is a familiar sight. Well done, Jenny! Your mum must enjoy her birds.

Hi Christine, yes she does. She's the one who got me started on enjoying birds when I was young.

...and she even gets Nuthatches!
I miss having a bird feeder outside the kitchen window.

Hey Jen, that's pretty clean double glazing as they are very good.
The upside down Nuthatch is great and I know what you mean about the Marsh Tit. It took me about 30 wasted ones to get a half decent shot the other day.

Hi Alan, can't you have one where you are for some reason? Just curious. Mind you, you get such fantastic stuff around your place, perhaps you don't need a feeder too? (-:

Hi Roy, it just so happens that the window cleaner had been earlier that day! (-:

"can't you have one where you are for some reason? "

Bird feeding is frowned upon by many here. There are various reasons some good and some not so good. However the main problem is that you would mostly attract introduced birds such as Starlings, Sparrows, Blackbirds etc which is not a good idea unless of course you are in Britain.

These are great! Love the nuthatch...one of my favorite birds to watch. They are always so funny as they go up, down, and sideways :-)
